I'm a mechanic in Townsville with a defence force background, and I'm just another tradie in Townsville trying to make a decent living. The reason for contacting you is that I've just built a digital billboard facing Ingham Road. The sizing is 8m wide and 4m high, and it's a pylon-type structure that starts 5m from ground level. It has very high resolution and can be seen clearly from approximately 500m away. At 600m away, it can still be seen, but the details may not be identifiable, at least for me.

I'd love to send photos of the sign, but I believe that a photo just doesn't do it justice. Therefore, I encourage you to take time out of your day to drive past and take a look. You'll see that it's an excellent display asset that can be used for digital advertising of your product and service. I'm confident in claiming that it's the clearest digital billboard in Townsville of its size.

Which brings me to my reason for reaching out to your business. I'm offering spots for short-term lease agreements through to long-term lease agreements. My options are 3, 6, and 12 months. Pricing will vary based on a few factors, such as the time period signed. However, due to my belief that the market sets the price, I'm always open to offers. Nothing is set until there is an agreement in place, and there will be no limitations on how many times you want to change your advertisement. In saying that, I can organize a local business to make you up a digital display or you can supply your own digital artwork at no additional cost.

In addition, my wife and I are just a husband and wife team, unlike the big advertising companies. We're a lot cheaper as we don't have a board of directors and multiple sales staff hounding you when you're busy working or resting from working. I'm also playing with the idea of a time-share type of arrangement, where multiple businesses would come together and share the one spot. I'm more than happy to discuss how that works further down the track, but it is precisely how it sounds. If three businesses came in on one spot, each business would pay a third and, in return, would receive a third of the available viewings that that spot would offer per day. There are ten spots continually changing at 10-second time frames. The sign operates from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days per week.

You can update your advertisement as many times as you wish during the contracted period at no extra cost. Simply email us the new ad in the correct format, and we will have it updated as soon as possible.
